Will the AI invent numbers?
No. Every figure the assistant states comes from a tool call against your live ledger — the same engine that powers your reports. If it can't fetch a number, it says so instead of guessing.
Can the AI change or delete my books?
It can only propose new documents — invoices, expenses, purchases, payments, customers and suppliers. Each one waits for your explicit confirmation, and there is no AI path to edit, void or delete anything.
How much does it cost?
Every business gets 200 AI credits each week, renewing on your signup day — enough for roughly a thousand chat answers. Typical questions use a fraction of a credit.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Arabic today, matching the OneBooks interface — including full right-to-left layout.
Is my financial data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is sent to the model only to answer your question in the moment, under our providers' no-training API terms, and is never shared between businesses.
What about receipts in other currencies?
The assistant flags a currency mismatch and asks you rather than converting silently — your books stay in your business currency.
